I want to express my sincere appreciation for the skilled response by the Axiem lab technicians to a cabinet fire at our facility. Kimbre, Eric, and Danny were critical members of the team responding to the event and worked in an effective manner to minimize impact to the facility. Above all else, they worked safely, first securing the area by removing electrical power, to ensure they kept themselves, and others, out of harm’s way. As we better understand the issue and work to prevent it from happening again, it’s important we take a moment to recognize these three individuals for their actions.

I’d like to recognize Jack and Kyle for their efforts installing and commissioning the hub loading system which went over and above. This is the only test rig in the world like it and their dedication, including coming in early to meet schedules, is outstanding and very much appreciated by myself, my team, and the design team for which I’ve received very positive feedback.
I’d also like to recognize the team of Eric and Casey. These guys have teamed up so many times now and executed fast and accurate tasks on major pivots in all the labs. I think of them as my NASCAR pit crew! It’s obvious that they take pride in their work and it doesn’t go unnoticed

As this year has closed out, I have been continually reminded about what a great team you’ve help create for us. Not many days pass without myself or my team colleagues expressing genuine thanks for the performance of the Axiem lab contractor team you have assembled for us. While there are a few of your employees who have already been recognized for their efforts above and beyond expectations, one of my employees has reminded me of two of your employees who have truly made a huge difference in our output this year that I failed to bring to your attention. I will ask that you please visit the email below to see more details about their performance than I will share in the following sentences.

Whether it be their willingness to put in extra hours or use their specialized skillsets as experienced electricians to complete my projects ahead of schedule, Danny and Taylor have played a huge part in the success of my team in 2022. While my employee points out more details below, I will personally say that these two gentlemen played a crucial part in:
• rectifying an emergency “lab down” situation I personally caused in January 2022,
• terminating medium voltage power cables for a critical project to improve the efficiency of the operations of my team (as pointed out below, Danny and Taylor are the only two techs proficient in stress cone application),
• identifying medium voltage power cable points of failure within our equipment during our preventative maintenance outage that formerly went unnoticed to our team for years and then taking measures to rectify those issues,
• troubleshooting ill-documented areas of our labs and taking the steps needed to label the areas of deficiency to be better documented, and
• willingly and exceptionally executing all that is asked of them, from the smallest of requests to the larges requests that impacted their personal life plans, these two gentlemen always come to ready to help our team succeed.

I know that we have requested recognition for a few of your other employees already this year, but I truly believe that Danny and Taylor are worthy and deserving of recognition as well as they are key contributors to our safe, successful operations. I would appreciate any and all additional recognition you can apply to their performance for both me and my team this past year. I wanted to write to share how impressed we have been by Ben’s tireless support and dedication to our business. We have pulled him into an incredibly complex schedule that is dynamic and overwhelming, and we are grateful that he has been able to come up to speed and add value so quickly. His resourcefulness and creativity in problem solving has been instrumental to us and has allowed us to move at unprecedented pace. As you are aware, we worked on several projects around our safety switches projects including engineering, design, testing and purchasing support for my TEAM. Following individuals did an excellent work. I am sure there are other broader team engaged on the activities all the time.
